Due to the increasing amount of rush requests, we can no longer accommodate all of them.

This timeline of 24hrs is for business days. As rush orders placed during times/days out of the office, your turn around time begins the next business/working day.
- Depending on the size of your order, we'll get it out as quickly as we can. Most often, it will be within 24 hours
- Each order is unique and adding RUSH MY ORDER to your cart means your order will be put on priority ahead of everyone else's order. As many variations like time/day purchased and product/amount ordered play a role in exact ship out time.
- We are experiencing a large volume of orders - large and small, so adding RUSH MY ORDER to your cart will help bring your order to our attention first.
- Adding RUSH MY ORDER does not upgrade your shipping speed or shipping delivery time. It does cut your shipping lead time by putting your order next in our shipping queue. You can find shipping speed upgrades during checkout.

CAN I HAVE MY ORDER RUSHED?
- Yes! During checkout when selecting your shipping method, you'll see an option to upgrade "Rush my order." This option will have your order out within 24hrs (business days). Unless it's a very large complicated order. If that is the case we will notify you within several hours on if we cannot fulfill in that timeframe. Note this is for a quicker ship out time, not quicker transit time.
CAN I HAVE MY ORDER GIFT WRAPPED?
