Below are some of are common questions:
As we are a wholesale site, there are some requirements to shop with us. Below are some common things that could prevent you from checking out due to such restrictions:
1) Did you meet our order total MOQ?
- We require at least a $100 purchase (before shipping fees). So ensure your products total that.
2) Did you meet our product MOQ?
- We require at least 2 of each product variation. Example: If you want the 'tired as a mother' ceramic mug. You must purchase a minimum of 2 of them to checkout. All products require a minimum of 2 to be purchased. Unless noted in the description, a few low inventory products have an MOQ of 1
3) Did you receive an email of account approval?
- Retailers must first fill out an application for wholesale. After we verify the information, we will then send you an email to notify your account has been approved and you can start shopping by logging in HERE. You will not be able to log in and shop until we approve your account.
- If you did not receive this email yet and it's been more than 24hrs. Please contact us. Otherwise you will receive a response soon to start shopping (if approved).
Due to the wide variety of locations we ship to & sizes/weight of our products - we charge a flat rate fee of $19.99 for the contiguous USA. If it is less we refund the difference, if it is more we cover it! You can read more about shipping in our wholesale FAQs and Shipping Policy.
We ship out all orders within 48-72hrs (business days). Since we use a flat rate shipping fee, we will always choose the cheapest option - which is typically ground. If you'd like to upgrade shipping for an additional fee that is possible too! Just contact us within 12hrs of purchase to do so.
You will receive an email with an order notification. If you did not please check your spam. You can also go into your account details to view your order history.
No. For security issues and fraud detection features, once an order is placed the address cannot be changed. So please ensure your address is correct when placing the order. If you do need to change it, we would need to know within 2hrs of purchase and we can always cancel/refund so a new order can be placed with the correct billing/shipipng info.
Yes! For international orders or customers not in the contiguous USA, shipping fees are invoiced separately. You can see our Shipping faqs for more info.
