Wholesale Application
Please fill out this form to be approved for wholesale shopping.
Once your application is approved - we will send an email titled "wholesale account activation" where you can activate your account and set up a password.
Keep your eyes out for that email, as it's how you activate your wholesale account.
We do require a copy of your business license/EIN on file to shop with us and that can be emailed to Hi@Gia-Roma.com
