• Free & Flat Rate shipping (see below) is for U.S. orders only (excluding AK/HI and territories/islands, see below).  If you are receiving a larger discount of any kind then free shipping does not apply.
• To obtain free shipping for wholesale orders, your order must be $2,000+ and based in the contiguous USA states
• Shipping for wholesale is a maximum of $19.99 per order for contiguous U.S. states only (excluding AK/HI and other islands).  International orders + non-contiguous 🇺🇸 states will be invoiced separately for shipping rates.  This will be exact amount of shipping costs.
• We do NOT add extra handling fees.  We will choose the cheapest shipping rate between USPS, UPS and FedEx unless requested otherwise. 
• Maximum meaning it will not cost more than $19.99 if in the contiguous USA. When we ship your order, if it costs less we will refund the difference. If it costs more we will cover those costs :) 

PRE-ORDERS + SHIPPING

• If purchasing a pre-order item + RTS items: We will wait until the pre-order products are ready to ship your order.  
• The $19.99 flat rate does not cover multiple shipments, only one.  
• If you would like RTS items sent prior to your pre-order items(s) being completed let us know and shipping will be invoiced separately for the pre-order items once completed. 
• Shipping fees of pre-order items will be exact amount (no flat rate). 
• If your RTS items cost less than the $19.99 paid, we will mark it down and use that towards your pre-order shipment cost.
• Example: RTS items cost $13.50 to ship. Instead of refunding the $6.50, we will note on your pre-order you have a balance of $6.50 and that will be deduced from whatever your pre-order items cost to ship.

International + Non-Contiguous States

• If located internationally, or outside of the the contiguous U.S. (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands etc.) shipping fees are required. If spending over $2,000 we will cover 10% of shipping fees or $50, whichever is greater. Below $2,000 we will invoice exact shipping cost (we will choose cheapest carrier possible unless you request otherwise). 
• Orders over $4,500 we will cover 25% of shipping fees
• Please note once an order is packed up and tracking is added or order is shipped: If you want to add to your order, it would be considered a new order and not added to your previous order total for shipping fees. Example: order is $1,500 and ships. 2hrs after it ships if customer requests another $500+ order. This counts as 2 orders and would not constitute as a $2,000 order. 
• Any shipping fee invoices must be paid within 7 days of email delivery.  If it is not a late fee of 20% will be added and/or if an order is in transit we will redirect delivery back to us.  You will then be refunded your order minus any shipping fees incurred on our end (to send + receive back) + a 10% restocking fee.  If you have any question about estimated shipping costs prior to an order, please ask before an order is completed. 
• Please note buyers are responsible for any custom/import fees.

INTEGRITY + COPYRIGHT + TRADEMARK

• Gia Roma products hold the Gia Roma trademark which may not be infringed upon.
• All photos are property of Gia Roma and wholesalers are permitted to use photos for selling of Gia Roma products only.
• All Gia Roma photos of Gia Roma products must remain unaltered.  You may not alter, photoshop, or update / reuse in any photos in any way.
• When reselling our products, Gia Roma products may not be altered in any way - adding or removing design details, removing / adding stickers (other than a UPC sticker), and the like.  They cannot be rebranded unless permission is given first. 
• Any photos used of Gia Roma products taken from social media must credit the original creator of the content.
• We do not allow resale of our products on 3rd party platforms like Etsy, Jane, etc. Your own website is fine. 

PAYMENT

• Payment is due when your order is placed via credit card through our website. 
• All wholesale orders are exempt from additional coupons (unless we have a free shipping promo for wholesale customers). 
• Affiliate links / discount site links (honey, retailmenot, shareasale, etc) may not be used to purchase wholesale.  If an affiliate link is used to purchase a wholesale order, the buyer must pay the commission.  All orders need to go through www.GiaRomaWholesale.com directly. 

SHIPPING & PACKAGING

• Once your order ships, you'll receive an email from us with your tracking number.
• Orders are shipped in the least amount of boxes possible and include a packing slip. 
• We ship most orders between 48-72 hours!  Orders placed during the holiday season may take an additional business day.  If you have a large order or are ordering items that are on pre-order or a special order, this time may be longer.  You will receive an email once your items have shipped.  
• If you need your items sooner during the holidays or anytime of the year, please email us at: Hi@Gia-Roma.com and we can get your order out the next day in most cases for a $20 rush fee.

RETURNS & CANCELATIONS

• Due to the nature of the product, returns are not accepted.
• We package our items very well, however, if an item should arrive damaged please notify us within 4 business days so we can replace it for you.  Please provide a photo as well as your invoice/order number. 
• If there are any other issues with your order (not damage related), these also must be reported within 4 business days.  
• If you must cancel an order it must be done before 4hrs of purchase made.  Due to our quick turn around time, we cannot guarantee a cancelation after that time period. Once an order is started, after that timeframe, there is a 10% restocking fee for any cancelation requests | Once the items are shipped they can no longer be canceled. 
• Refunds are processed as store credit only.
