Unfortunately a large portion of our 2nd round of glass mugs had issues with them.  Instead of throwing all of them away, we are offering them at a discounted rate (covers shipping costs, materials & time to wrap).

Choose your graphic style, choose your graphic color.  All imperfect mugs still come with a bamboo top, 1 bent straw, 1 straight straw and 1 straw cleaner.

Issues vary for each and fall into 3 categories:

1) Missing part of a graphic.  Most cases these are very minor, just a small dot or line missing from 1-2 letters.  If you choose this option and it is more than minor on the mug choice, we will contact with full pics for approval

2) Stains. What we call "water stains" are inside of the glass and make them look semi dirty (but they are not), these just look like what water looks like on glass that wasn't dried correctly (see pics).  Mostly not noticeable unless putting in the correct sunlight.  We just don't feel right sending such glasses for full price.  There are a few with brown colored stains and a clear residue from the graphic application process as well under the stain category. 

3) Scratches or small circle indents.  These are typically in one area and not major.  If it is a major one we will do as stated in option 1.

If you have a preference on which imperfection note during checkout.  If that imperfection is not available in the style chosen, we will send what is.

Our glasses with bamboo tops.  Drink it with the top and straw of choice, remove the bamboo lid and drink straight from the glass.

All graphics currently are black.  Which means, dark drinks will not show the graphic well.
