These are all products that are NOT RTS. Pre-order is a great way to save and to secure new items, as we offer a cheaper price on pre-order products and once they are finished prices typically go up $0.50-$2.00
Please note ETAs listed are an estimation. On rare occasions these can vary by 1-2 weeks. Which means items can come in 1-2 weeks earlier or later than anticipated. If they are going to arrive later, we will always let you know and give you the option to keep your order or cancel.
Orders with pre-orders and RTS. If you place an order mixed with items, the shipping fee does not cover 2 shipments. You will have the option to:
a) Wait until all pre-order items are ready and ship your order in full
b) Ship RTS items and then ship pre-order items once ready. If choosing this you are responsible for shipping costs on 2nd shipment of pre-order items. If shipping costs less than the $19.99 paid (on RTS products), we will put that towards the pre-order shipment and you will be responsible for difference on 2nd shipment.
If the Pre-order items are still 1 month+ away from being RTS, we will automatically choose option b unless you notify us otherwise within 24hours of purchase.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
- We currently charge a flat rate fee of $19.99 for those in the contiguous USA. If it costs less we refund the difference, if it costs more we cover it! Read more about shipping fees here
- If placing an order for pre-order items and RTS items, this fee does not cover 2 shipments. You will have the option to ship all products together or pay a 2nd shipping fee. Read more about shipping HERE
WHEN DO YOU SHIP ORDERS?
- All orders ship out within 48-72hrs (Business Days), unless a pre-order item.
- Pre-order ETAs are an estimation. Typically these are accurate, but on rare occasions these can vary by 1-2 weeks. Meaning they can come in 1-2 weeks earlier or later. If later, you will be notified and given the option to keep or cancel your order.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?
- All orders ship directly from us in Upstate, NY.
CAN I HAVE MY ORDER RUSHED?
- Yes! During checkout when selecting your shipping method, you'll see an option to upgrade "Rush my order." This option will have your order out within 24hrs (business days). Unless it's a very large complicated order. If that is the case we will notify you within several hours on if we cannot fulfill in that timeframe. Note this is for a quicker ship out time, not quicker transit time.
CAN I HAVE MY ORDER GIFT WRAPPED?
