We have high standards at Gia Roma.  Even minor imperfections aren't sold at full price.  Most of these are very minor imperfection sand can still be used/sold at a discounted rate, for a high return and hardly noticed. 

3 Imperfect Options

GRAPHIC = Minor issues with graphics, a part of a letter faded or white spot on it.

SCRATCH/DOT= Either a scratch on part of the tumbler or a rough dot on it

LID = Lid doesn't fit properly and has to be pushed down very hard or doesn't go down all of the way due to plastic ring on lid.
